The 50-year-old actress sported a completely smooth face as she posed on the red carpet in a sheer black outfit at Target's AFI Night At The Movies event at the ArcLight in Hollywood, California.

She added that 'holding up the ageing process' with surgery doesn't solve the core issue. 'It’s a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won’t make you happy.
