A group of comedy all-stars entertained themselves during the NBA Playoffs in New York in some highly coveted court side seats at Madison Square Garden, on Wednesday.
Blockbuster funnyman Ben Stiller and Saturday Night Live veteran Jason Sudeikis traded comedic passes to the enjoyment of standup legend Whoopie Goldberg and Dodgeball star Christine Taylor.
All-stars: Comedic actors Jason Sudeikis, Ben
Stiller, Christine Taylor, and Whoopie Goldberg huddled court side at
Knicks game in Madison Square Garden, on Wednesday
Jason, who is famously engaged to actress Olivia Wilde, stopped by to say hello to his fellow comedic actors during the game.
The multi-talented performer held court at the front row seats while Ben and Christine sat back and enjoyed his verbal play.
At one point the blonde actress could be seen giggling at the SNL impressionist's antics as he bent over to convey what appeared to be a few well-placed one-liners to his captive audience.
Attention stealer: Jason appeared to be the life of the party as he chatted with his fellow comedians
While the Knicks suffered a close loss to their rivals the Boston Celtics with a final score of 92-86, Jason, 37, clearly managed to steal a win as he made some of the world's funniest people laugh at his bleacher humour.
Christine, who is married to Stiller, is no comedy slouch herself.
The 41-year-old has shared the screen multiple times with her husband in such instant classics as Zoolander and Tropic Thunder.
A Whoopie of a time! The 57-year-old comedy legend was clearly in a good mood at the game
The 57-year-old legend appeared to be preoccupied with her phone, but she still managed a few megawatt grins during the exchange.
And once Jason returned to his seat, The View anchor could be seen cheering on the basketball players from her privileged perch.
Avid fan: Ben has been spotted at previous games during the quarter finals of the NBA playoffs
The 47-year-old actor has made it known that he's not a standup comedian capable of eliciting laughs on cue.
In an interview with the Mirror he admitted: 'I don’t see myself as funny. I am definitely low-key, not the kind of person who is always on, especially with strangers.
'I think people approach me with certain expectations that I don’t always live up to. I have never been a stand-up comedian. I can’t tell a joke. Actually, I don’t know any jokes.'
