Mario Falcone goes topless to take out the bins with help from a boxers-clad Charlie Sims
Mario Falcone proved he needs his pal Charlie Sims by his side for even the simplest of tasks when the pair were spotted in various states of undress on Wednesday evening.
His bromance with his Only Way is Essex costar showed no signs of abating as he took out the bins with his BFF while showing off his toned torso.
The 26-year-old obviously needs very little excuse to opt for the less is more approach, while his companion appeared to do the same to a slightly lesser degree as he stepped out in boxers.

The reality stars couldn't resist mucking about as they carried numerous bags and boxes out of the apartment block, with Charlie finding himself being hit in the face.
Mario, who was previously engaged to ex-costar Lucy Mecklenburgh, sported just a pair of grey Adidas jogging bottoms despite the chilly temperatures.
However he did sensibly decide to keep his feet toasty with some black fluffy slippers, while Charlie stepped out in red Converse trainers.

The relative newcomer to the scripted reality show, who was spotted shopping for engagement rings the previous day, teamed his pants with a patterned T-Shirt complete with butterfly print.
However, unlike his hunky pal, he looked rather chilly as he kept his arms crossed while wearing a baseball cap back-to-front.
Mario couldn't help himself attempting to wind-up Charlie's love rival Frank Major before he hit the sack, tweeting: 'Off to bed. Need to get an early night. Up at dawn with my duelling pistols with the old boy, night @frankomajor. Love you x'.
The comment came after the show newbie told the star: '@Mario_Falcone listen you've had a lot to say without even knowing me, how about we settle this in the ring with money going to charity?'

Their spat came after Wednesday's night TOWIE episode aired which saw Charlie left seething after a barbed putdown by Frank during a confrontation at the bar over his ex Ferne McCann.
‘What I can’t get over is this b****ing,' said Frank, getting straight to the point. 'You treated her like s**t – when I met Fern she was in tatters.'
‘Fern might like you but she’ll always love me,' said Charlie. 'I think if anyone’s getting played it’s you, you’re a mug.’
‘But I slept with your bird, so who’s the mug?' Frank responded after referring to the 21-year-old as junior.
